I’d make these promises to myself that I would do it, go out and get myself a new journal (a new journal just hits different… ya know), set my alarm for an hour earlier… the whole sha-bang. This “new routine” would last for a week at best. And then I’d follow up by shaming myself for not following through.

I knew there had to be a better way. So I started testing every type of morning routine, ritual and practice until I found a combination that worked, and worked FAST.

Implementing a powerful morning routine that combines allllll the things (breathwork, gratitude, affirmations, future self scripting) does not have to be overly complicated. Which is why I created this step by step guide for you.
